We met Param during the 8 week Confidence Crew: South Asia program where his transformation began!
At the time, Param was an off-shore Masters student from India, studying online due to Covid, only arriving on-shore at the end of the travel bans.
Moving quickly from screen off, to occasional typed comments, to screen on, to coming off mute to share his thoughts to finally presenting as one of the four Students Take Over presenters, Param’s accelerated journey to confidence is still a work in progress, but we know he’s now ready for just about anything!
Since arriving in Australia, he’s started work at McDonalds (and received Crew member of the Year award), become a regional student ambassador and is actively volunteering with his local Rotary club!
