TEQTik Program
The TEQTik Program is an innovative, annual subscription program designed to help you simplify ‘ticking off’ relevant student wellbeing compliance requirements for your TEQSA renewal or application.
ESOS, TEQSA, HESF, CRICOS
Your TEQSA compliance obligations are stressful, complicated and messy to maintain and report on – especially with any staff changes!
And for smaller providers that don’t have dedicated student wellbeing teams, compliance and audit teams etc, management and reporting of your compliance requirements becomes a nightmare that strikes every THREE or so years that renewal comes around.
TEQTik provides best practice student wellbeing content and services to simplify your
Monitor, Improve and Review
requirements, and provide critical data for your Confirmed Evidence Table.
How it works
It’s simple! chose your TEQTik student wellbeing package
- Budget Basic
- Intermediate
- Awesomeness
Plus any of the optional extras of
- Student Coaching
- Staff EAP for staff coaching and wellbeing
and we literally do everything else!
What we’ll do
- We’ll work with your IT geeks to get the pre-recorded content linked to your website, Canvas or similar.
- We’ll provide draft marketing/promo collateral for your students
- We’ll start the data collection and reporting immediately, report monthly on use and make recommendations on things to change
- If you opt for the Intermediate package, we’ll also work with your IT geeks to ensure that all staff (academic and office) have access to the ‘behind the scenes’ content, creating a real ‘whole of school’ approach to student wellbeing
- If you opt for the Awesomeness package we’ll additionally work with you to confirm wellbeing webinar dates and content and then deliver when we say – reporting back to you on attendees, feedback etc.
What you need to do
- Sort out the normal budget and approvals stuff
- Connect us with the right people (like the tech heads)
- Sit back and take the credit
- Look forward to receiving monthly compliance reports – without lifting a finger!
- Do more of the stuff that you love doing (which is likely not compliance reporting)
Reporting
We take the hard work out of reporting by capturing and securely storing data for your TEQSA renewal ‘Confirmed Evidence Table’ from your Confidence Hackers’ TEQTik student wellbeing programs.
We provide you reporting about your funded Confidence Hackers events and programs that support:
- the Higher Education Standards Framework (HESF) Domains 1, 2 and 5
- Education Services for Overseas Students (ESOS) Framework parts 2, 5, 6 and 8
How do we get started?
Easy – just contact us, and we’ll plan out a program for you that fully complies with the TEQSA et al requirements.
Then just leave it to us.
We’ll work with you to:
- capture all of the required data on
- participation levels
- student feedback
- self-scored progress noted by attendees etc
- make suggestions and recommendations for changes/improvements based on student feedback, so that we can create continuous improvements, and not just keep doing the same things over and over
- review the changes to ensure that they hit the mark
Why do I even need this?
TEQSA renewals happen every 3, 5, or 7 years depending on your providers history of meeting and exceeding the compliance requirements, and are VERY time consuming (and stressful) to go through – especially when there’s been changes in staff and no one knows where anything is!
By subscribing to TEQTik, staff changes are no longer a problem. We centrally manage reporting for the student wellbeing portions of your renewal application, meaning that all of the information is there, ready and waiting for you – ta da!
We can even combine all reporting for a whole provider, no matter how siloed things are in real life.
We report using consistent metrices, so it’s easy to measure and review improvements – something that TEQSA just LOVES (and you will too!).
And because your reporting improves, so does the gap time between renewals – that’s worth it right there.
Why Confidence Hackers and TEQTik
Your bosses and the ‘powers that be’ will love to know that Confidence Hackers are real deal, so here’s the skinny:

- Endorsed by Monash University – Wellbeing and Engagement for Teachers Course

What does it cost?
Pricing is calculated according
- the number of students you have,
